I have very fond memories of working on this series, It was my first long-term project and introduction to the world of TV production on a bigger scale. My role is a little hard to pin down, but was technically "production support across illustration and animation", with my duties being divided between the illustration, animation and editing teams during the course of the series.
My biggest contribution was the compositing and animation of special effects in the live-action segments of the show starting from season two onwards, while in the first I mostly worked as an editor assistant and backup animator.
As support my role changed depending on each phase of production, working mostly as a cleanup artist along the illustration team during the early phases, as a support animator/compositor towards the middle and as editor in the final stages, with one of my duties including the overseeing and archiving of the numerous asset and footage.
